My lunch today was amazeballs. Fresh whole wheat bread, mustard, mayonnaise, tomato…and bear ham! @jeff_senger turned some of my bear into the most amazing ham ever. Moist, tender and smoky. The second biggest bear of my life last night during a pretty epic hunt deep into the boreal. Much more to come as far as story and pictures. Just don’t have reliable cell coverage. Also, the biggest bear in From The Wild history. It is now safely hanging at Jeff’s meat shop and the hide is frozen. Venison to share.
