Also did deadlifts this evening working up 180kg not bad for someone that's not done them in over 6months thanks to @b.i.g.c.o.l for allowing me to use his baby to train with. Well today has been a day of really pushing hard and making up for missing a day smashed my raised deadlift PB today by 30kg I was shocked. So that's now me at 210kg 1RM I was so so impressed by the new belt and straps too #beastgearuk held my spine so much better.
