☾— Gaining a vantage point of his surroundings has always been the first line of action for the human when arriving in a new area. Any advantage, no matter how small, is beneficial when you’re as modestly-sized as he. It’s rather relaxing to climb a high structure to the point of invisibility to an untrained eye. However, there seems to be more trained eyes in this bountiful city than he originally speculated. A quick scan of the paths below reveal more than a few heads craned upwards. Settling back against a solid smoke stack, he kicks his feet out in front of him. Perhaps he should polish his daggers while he has a moment, organize his medical supplies, or-- He comes to a complete standstill at the sound of something rummaging nearby. Though it could just be an animal...

Oh my god I am so sorry. I tried. But I have never seen any of those movies. Apologies in advance for how dumb this is.
Reisi is a terrible driver. Is it cheating to use a previous headcanon for this, even though it is sort of relevant? Well, despite that, he loves a good high-speed car chase. But ‘do not let Captain Munakata drive’ is kind of an unspoken rule in the precinct.
Also, he is a policeman.
He shows up way late to every fight.
He considers HOMRA the devil he knows, but that doesn’t mean he lets them off lightly when he catches them doing... whatever illegal stuff they’re doing, if it’s racing or whatever.
Under him, the precinct has developed the most detailed files on each of the... racers...??? Reconnaissance, research, that’s... kind of his thing. He’d rather know what’s going on than put a stop to it. Since he has no real moral objections to like, racing. Once it comes to heists things are different.
