Beastlyautoimmunity’s Digital Decoration Advent Calendar Day Five: Cracked Ice! This was an ornament that broke around the edge of the “neck” while I was swirling paint inside of it. I repaired it and while scraping out the paint I poked a hole in it... Initially I wanted to toss it but had the idea to patch it (2nd photo). I didn’t love how noticeable the patch was but I liked the broken and refrozen ice look. I went into the garden after dark to get some fresh cut flowers and finally had the opportunity to photograph my helpful cat assistants shadowing me. On June 30th it was my 26th Birthday the last few years I decorate the piano with flowers and galaxies. This year I wanted to try making flower arrangements using my parents garden for my both my nebula and Star Trek glasses. As well as the cat vase I galaxie’d this year.
