eleanor hated being interrupted when she was working. she was in the middle of filing paperwork for the mayor, trying to make it as organized as possible. an audiobook playing in one earbud, discreetly hidden beneath her hair so she wouldn't get in trouble for having her personal devices on her. feeling someone else's presence made her pause, however. shoving a file in it's place before spinning around with an eyebrow raised "can i help you?"
