can you believe there are only so many days left until christmas? i can't and i certainly can't believe that i made this diy in summer! but then i thought the whole golden thing is a bit more christmassy. what do you think?
i use these as coasters for my coffee mugs, so you can find them all over my flat. (sry mister… he doesn't like my coffee mugs waiting around everywhere i had a cup) they do look pretty decorative though. and might make a cute present if you still need an idea!
would you like to make some? here's what you need: wooden plates, my dad cut them for me, thanks dad beatgold and the milky stuff you buy with it, or paste mixed with water, and a clean brush
now you use to brush to put some of the milk onto the side of your wood.
after letting it dry you carefully put the beatgold onto the side where you applied the milk. be careful not to get everything on your fingers.
that's it. cute huh?
they also look pretty nice with plants on top.
