mike is john, obviously - the founder, the boss (technically but not really), a little emotionally unstable but we love him for it, always late, chaotic energy off the charts, big loud personality but can also be soft spoken, quick-witted and hilarious
jay is paul - one talented motherfucker, patient, seems the more emotionally levelheaded and stable of the two, organized, has an absolutely incredible memory, getting hotter as he ages, loves weird abstract shit. the avant garde rlm member for sure
rich is ringo - the lovable clown that people like to beat up on but is actually the most universally beloved, including by the ones who beat up on him; his talent and work is immense and fundamental to the group's function but is perhaps more in the background (carpentry, set construction, going through the wotw and black spine tapes to filter out the garbage); an extremely patient angel who rarely gets mad at anyone
i don't know if there's a george really. maybe jack? he's the youngest one of the regulars; once sarcastically remarked that mike and jay were adorable after one finished the other's sentence, which is a very george thing to do
