Today marks 20 years since a beautiful soul left this earth. He is a bit problematic but nevertheless his good was much more powerful. George was more than a band member but he was an amazing musician, father, mentor, friend, brother, and a very welcoming person.
George did the concert for Bangladesh in 1971 and that was one of the first examples of concert fundraisers. He helped people with his popularity and never really liked the fame. He was down to earth and tried for a simple life for his son.
Everyone that had met George all stated that he left such a positive impact on them. He was the little brother of the Beatles but yet was very wise. He loved the western culture and tried to find the most answers he could.
His music changed the world and impacted people then and today. He taught people to be kind and give love to one another, his music healed and helped people through rough times. His impact on the world is much grater than the 58 years he walked it before he was sadly taken away. He impacts the younger generation as well as the older.
We love you Georgie, rest well! Don't party too hard with John!
