This weeks highlight is the Zydeco Hall of Fame, formerly Richard's Club, located in Lawtell, Louisiana.
The Zydeco Hall of Fame is celebrating 1 year in business.

The video below is Zydeco Icon Beau Jocque's song "Richard's Club", classic zydeco honoring a music venue mainstay over the years. It was very appropriate to turn that venue into the Zydeco Hall of Fame, after it closed a few years back. It really is a historic place, and sometime I hope to see the renovation.
The photos are also a nice series images showcasing Beau Jocque over the years. Beau is gone, but his music and character lives on.
