This is Kiyoka! Originally I wanted him to be a student but I was like “eh I got too many of those” so I decided to try something knew and now he’s an informant and teaches summer courses next to aizawa! He uses his quirk of cat like senses and features to make up for his blindness and help him use his sense of hearing more! He’s also married to aizawa because I said so :3
