♪~      Loki had seen some strange things around the Hive, but God, this was the tip of the iceberg. Walking around the nicer streets of the city whilst waiting on someone, he noticed a person opposite him, across the road, a mixing bowl in one hand, a whisk in the other. What he was mixing, he had no idea, but the guy look exhausted. It looked like he was wandering around for hours. Approaching the individual with head inclined towards him, Loki asked the all important question.

    “Okay, but isn’t baking supposed to be done in the kitchen? I don’t think you’ll find any more ingredients out here you know.” He couldn’t help but muster a chuckle. It wasn’t everyday you saw a poor lost soul waltzing about whisking what appeared to be egg whites at a closer glance.

◊ : What's your favourite thing about your muse?

My favorite thing.... I don’t know? I love Kenpei as a whole. He’s just the right combination of humble and polite, and then murderous awful and violent.... Together with his good looks and his character arc within the story (even though he’s really not that big of a character, more of a minor villain even if his role is high position-wise) he’s irresistible to me.

When it comes to role play in particular I like how I have to think through each and every step properly. I have to reason with myself just how he’ll behave towards who and why. I can also indulge in my own morbid interests with him and the fact that people will allow me to do that gets me incredibly giddy (just as giddy as my muse, really)

♠ : What is the hardest thing about playing this muse?

The things I like about Kenpei as a muse are also the things I have trouble with. It’s difficult being really friendly to people because of the way Kenpei is. It is the reason why I have to mentally battle with myself as to whether or not he’ll keep up his kind/polite appearance. It’s really difficult for me to manage that, but so far I think I’m keeping him IC, considering the situations.

And then I also have to worry about whether or not indulging in his hobbies will get me in trouble or not. I want to make sure I have the 100% explicit permission of whoever I RP with before I start doing things to anyone’s muse. It’s my law. I want to be able to live out Kenpei to his fullest, but I must be weary and I must make sure to get the okay. It’s difficult getting the courage to step forward and say “Hey, would you allow me to let Kenpei hurt your character horribly and revel in it in gross drawn-out detail?”  You know.

Aside from that, Kenpei’s difficult with dialogue, he has a few different ways that he uses to refer to himself (normal I/me, ‘yours truly’ and ‘my/this humble self’) and sometimes I just don’t know how to lace that in properly.

Isabela had soon found her place in the third sector. This place was bustling with bars, brothels and brawls. Felt exactly like Kirkwall, if she was being honest with herself. She blended in rather nicely, having to fend off the odd cretin here and there for trying to get up in her face, or up in her other parts, but that was a story for another day. She paused outside a place that reminded her of the Blooming Rose back home. She did notice a few people selling their bodies to anyone who was willing to spend the coin, though one person she eyed up in particular didn’t look as though he knew where he was. 

Sidling over to the young male, Isabela placed a confident hand upon his shoulder, to grab his attention. She chuckled as she smiled at him, staring up at the signs that showed her exactly what this place was. Perhaps he was shy of going in, or perhaps he had no idea what he was getting into. Either way, Isabela, ever the helper, was here to set his mind at ease. 

      “So, a pretty boy like you walks over to a place like this and for what reason? Are you feeling a little lonely~?” She crooned, followed by a small giggle. Oh she enjoyed teasing the pretty boys, half the time they were complete virgins and were flushed easily. Finally glancing at the boy, she smiled once more, “I’m not sure your type want to meddle with people like these, you deserve something more... Committed...~”

It had been a long day. All the wandering around had tired Kenji to the point of actually wanting to retire to his ‘new home’. How patronizing. Throwing him in an apartment with some complete strangers, what a bother, really. He was someone who enjoyed peace and quiet. Having other people around him in his living quarters wouldn’t do him good. There was nothing he could do about it, though. All he could hope for was that the individuals who shared this apartment with him weren’t a total nuisance.

Slowly he made his way to the large apartment building, which stood out like sore thumb amongst the rest of this sector. He saw some others headed in the same direction, but decided to pay them no mind. He was honestly too tired to bother with most people right now.

When he got inside of the building though, one person in particular immediately caught his eye. A lanky, gloomy-looking man with a tattered coat. 

Another strange one, it had been strange encounter upon strange encounter today. And once again, for some reason, despite feeling tired and ready to collapse onto the bed those dreadful scientists had so ‘lovingly’ prepared for him, he approached this person.

He was too tired to open his mouth once he had gotten closer though, his fatigue prevented him from even thinking of a way to start the conversation. So he just waited for the elevator while standing next to this peculiar person.

Perhaps some kind of opening phrase would come up in a moment, perhaps not... For now he’d just stand here and wait.
