Meeting Notes - May 23rd, 2014

IC:

Coms have been distributed. They are free for common use, every member and associate of the Coalition is welcome to one. They can be picked up from the Hillsbrad House at any time.

There are plans in the works for expedition work, to find additional resources and sources of knowledge. Anything you find on said trips may either be turned over to the Coalition for sale or kept as a personal item (you are free to sell it yourself). If you are interested, please contact Bebe, as to show there is potential in such things.

The Hillsbrad Coalition has been invited to attend the first meeting of the Crimson Coalition. Sin'Dorei members are encouraged to attend with Bebe.

Sarlost has announced Ellinath and he are engaged. All members of the Coalition have been invited to the wedding, whenever a date is set.

OOC:

The OOC com channel is up and running at "THBCComs", all members are welcome to join the channel and chat IC freely. The plan is to use this for planning spontaneous and positive RP at almost any time.

IC Hillsbrad Coalition Communicator Channel

We've set up the com channel (under the name "THBCComs") for IC use! All members are invited and encouraged to join it as well as pick up their IC coms from the Hillsbrad house. 

If you are interested in joining the channel OOC just to hear chatter or as an IC associate, feel free! But please make sure you ICly contact a Coalition officer (Bebe, Kevoth, Jeziel) about getting a com.

Our rules will be simple:

No OOC chat in the com channel.

If a guild event is in progress and the coms are being used for organization, consider if you character would respect that or not.

Meeting Notes - May 9th, 2014

IC Notes

Felano Glacierwind has been set to contract Coalitioners of a mercenary rank to be his guards for shipments and trading. Dates for trips will be set, Coalition hourly/daily pay will still be in effect on these treks/voyages.

Communicators have been ordered for access of all Coalitioners and associates. They will be ready for pick-up and use starting next week.

Bebe will no longer tolerate talking while announcements are being given. This is a final warning, not heeding it will result in possible fine and at the least expulsion from the Hillsbrad house for the evening.

OOC Notes

Guild flex has (for the moment) become guild LFR. It will be held on Fridays for the foreseeable future at 6 server. Please be ready at that time so we can queue and be out in timely manner and not push the IC weekly meetings late.

We will be making an IC chat channel for the communicators! This channel will be open to all Coalitioners and associates of the Coalition. Rules of the channel and how the comms work will be addressed in a later post.

Thank you to everyone who came to our first guild LFR and then tried out our new house for meetings! It was wonderful to see you all, take care and join us again soon!

Guild LFR and Friday Meeting Reminder

As a quick reminder for those of you who check tumblr more than the guild calendar in-game, we have our first guild LFR this Friday at 6 server! Depending on how long it takes, it might push back our weekly meeting time, but the plan is to fit both in.

Uwi (Kevoth) will be running the guild LFR, there are no requirements beyond being ready, willing, and able to get in to SoO LFR (496 ilevel I believe).

Meeting Notes - April 25th, 2014

IC Notes:

We have the egg hunt tomorrow in the early afternoon (around 1 PM is the starting time)

Sparring night again next week! The date may be switched but for now it is once again on Tuesday at 4 PM

Ellinath is now a Merchant officer and will be mediating between Bebe and the other merchants.

OOC Notes:

We will be flexing on Monday, even though we ended up being short a tank last week. Once again it's at 5 PM and we will likely be going to wing one for the sake of familiarity.

I'm so proud of all our normals raiders who are running with Cath right now, I've heard only good things and I hope you guys keep it up!

Upcoming Events

So we've had a lot of stuff happening recently but interest in guild events is going up! So we're going to try and run two new events in addition to sparring and weekly meetings, if you have an idea for an even and would be willing to run it, contact Bebe or Uwi!

New Events:

Beach party! We'll go chill in the sun, sunglasses on. We're working on finding a date, give it a week or so!

Guild Movie Night! Finally we're going to get around to this. Send Bebe in-game mails or asks with movie suggestions and nights that would be good. They will be streaming whatever movie we all decide on.

Meeting Notes - April 18th 2014

IC

The Citizen's forum is this Saturday. Bebe will be attending, all are welcome to accompany them.

A second board has been installed next to the calendar upstairs, jobs and possible leads on rare materials will be posted there.

The liquor storage has been locked for now. If you need something for cooking or other things, contact Bebe

OOC

We (Uwi and Bebe) will be posting jobs from the "job board" on the guild tumblr for members to pick up. Contact us if your character picks up a job so we can note as such on the original post

We're planning to run wing 2 SoO flex next week, we're going to require a 520 ilevel and a basic understanding of the fights!
