Reminiscing my memories about the famous Kaleyo in Jakarta. Last 2009, I tried bebek Kaleyo for the first time and fall in love with the taste. Back in time, they had tender yet crispy texture that meet my expectations about how fried duck should be. And their 'sambel mangga' were top of the pair. In early 2021, I met with the taste again in Bandung, the same brand Kaleyo from Jakarta.
