anyways everybody read fairytale sweets rn i swear sometimes it feels like i cant find any wlw ship fics that arent Background wlw. BUT FAIRYTALE SWEETS IS A REALLY CUTE DORLENE FIC THAT IVE READ SIX TIMES it's technically the second fic in that universe (after a mainly jegulus fic) but it's still a fantastic standalone story (but if youre into jegulus at all i would still 100% recommend all in or all out). im especially obsessed with the way marlene is characterized

long story short marlene is in a band with mary, alice, and emmeline and dorcas has a bakery/bookshop (fairytale sweets) and marlene sees dorcas and is like "mhm. i want That one." and dorcas is like "HAH thats funny. im good. actually shes kinda cute..."

if youve read just lovers, it has similar (but in my opinion, Better) vibes to the way james is like "REGULUS. I WANT YOU PLEASE. EXIST NEAR ME IM LITERALLY BEGGING." and regulus is like "girl??? be fr that is Not happening"
