Rewatching 'The Ninth Jedi': ah, right, Production I.G.'s stuff just looks like that, doesn't it?

(I watched Broken Blade, which I would not advise anyone else attempt. I did it mainly out of curiosity about the aesthetic and man, was that all it had going for it and not even that beyond a decent grasp of texture and motion.)

(As far as Star Wars: Visions goes, the only one that's really blown me away is 'Screecher's Reach', because it genuinely does something I've not seen Star Wars do before. There's some perfectly fine stuff among the rest, but for me, they're either dispensable fun [no bad thing, obviously] or a great aesthetic applied to utterly by-the-numbers stories.)

(Now would be a really terrible time to start thinking about my old Star Wars OCs again...)

steve’s wardrobe:  casual  /  day-to-day  ---  steve has his staples.  plain t-shirts,  jeans,  khakis,  button downs,  jackets,  and boots.  when he’s not wearing stars and stripes,  he’s likely wearing something similar to the above.  he wears “lounge wear” such as sweats, underarmor tees, etc. only when he’s at the gym / working out or else he feels like he’s walking around in pajamas.  however,  he’s gotten more casual over the years --- stepping away from button down shirts with crisp collars and khakis to untucked t-shirts and jeans.

listen i REALLY want to keep watching violet evergarden because it’s SOO pretty to look at but also this first episode is really doing a good job of not getting me to care about any of these characters

like this anime would actually be good if it would just tell me why these characters are important and why i should care, but it doesn’t! it’s a snoozefest! why should i care about violet? why should i care about lieutenant hodgins? who knows!
