Kouichi was finishing up with his meeting Seraphimon in the Digital World finagling the law complicating his brother’s situation in order to live together. Warrior of darkness that he was, the elder twin used every avenue he had such as Seraphimon’s little understanding of the human world and guilt over his sacrificial death to his utmost advantage making sure Kouji could come live with him. By the time Kouichi left, he was smirking to himself for a job well done.
But as Seraphimon’s castle was not his usual destination to or from the Digital Gate, or even in his dream (his spirit had never been there... had he?) for some reason the trip back was a lot trickier than Kouichi expected it might be.
Which was how he ended up in a different world entirely; spat out by some huge computers fizzling with data from materializing his body. The area he ended up in was so physically different that Kouichi felt sick with a headache. Even without being able to look out of squinting eyes he could tell this was something unknown, his fingers splaying across the slick flooring...
“Hello...? Is someone there? Where am I...”
