Earth-4918 Sinister six pride piece!!! I tried making one last year and that uh. Didn’t happen so here we go. My final piece before I disappear to the void for a month (artfight)
So, Here's something I've been thinking about based on that one scene in the master planner arc where Spidey dangled Tinkerer from the top of a building
Did Spidey just leave Tink there? Was he stuck on top of that building all night? What if it started storming or something, It is winter. Did Beck come to get him, Considering it's later revealed the one that was arrested was a robot again? Does Tink have a fear of heights now, I would.
I love giving angst to characters that wouldn't normally have angsty potential. It's fun. (Also, Tink doesn't have his glasses because they literally fell onto the street)
waddles into here with wide gleaming eyes. Can we get more info on the whole Kindred and Mysterio arc/Demon Mysterio arc as well as B-side......... AND of course some beckmason angst..... you can be as thorough as possible!!!

Harry Osborn/Kindred:
-Some info on Harry first and foremost so there's insight on why Kindred is the way he is
-Obbligatory look he has a playlist
- Harry had always a disappointment to Norman, between the friends he chose to make and the way he acted, it was becoming increasingly clear to him Harry was never going to be 'worthy' of the family company (not that Harry wanted it anyways.)
-That led to Norman deciding there was at least one way his 'unless' son could otherwise be useful
-Harry was the first and last person to have the Globulin Green tested on him, as despite the successful results, the side effects with human dna were unpredictable enough Norman opted to make the Goblins from scratch.
-The globulin green has terrible effects on his brain, and in a flurry of events Kindred can no longer remember for the life of him, He ended up dying in an explosion. His death was heavily covered up and any connection between Harry and his Goblin form was buried along with him.
-Waking up in hell, Harry was Spiteful, Furious, and wanted nothing more than to kill his father for what he did to him. Those emotions are what lead him to the demon who gave him powers (i have yet to fully figure that out but 👍)
Demon Arc:
-Due to how his powers work, Kindred himself can't stay in the overworld for too long but his lackeys can so coming across Mysterio was a diamond in the rough in a way. An Alien who could be genuinely powerful if he simply dropped his facade as a human? That along with the demon powers he'd receive from Kindred would make him unstoppable in his eyes.
-Mysterio is essentially a demonic hitman here MSNDJSK Kindred promised Mysterio his life back if he managed to kill Norman. Beck was clearly hesitant because well... That's what the Sinister six was after in the first place. And they never succeeded. So what would be different this time around? Kindred did eventually manage to convince him though.
-Kindred did allow a small grace period when he was first brought back, as he knew Beck would be insufferable if he didn't.
-First thing Beck did when he was brought back was find Mason. He absolutely scared the living FUCK out of his husband but it's okay. Beck's okay. That was all that mattered to the both of them in that moment.
-When they eventually got to work though, Kindred saw the rest of the sinister six as nothing more than dead weight, Forcing Mysterio to work alone. He wasn't allowed to explain any of it either.
-Multiple times Mason had tried getting any form of answers from Beck. Like why he looked the way he did, How he even came back in the first place. Why he was acting so weird. Everytime Beck would brush him off, reassure his husband everything would be fine. That he'd explain everything one day. Just not. Right. Now.
BeckMason Angst:
-Rubs my little hands together.
-It started when Kindred's plans and requests grew more. Ruthless. Mysterio clearly wasn't the best person, He was a villain after all. But he still had a moral code he followed. And his main thing was never killing anybody innocent. He was hesitant on killing in the first place but if it came down to it, he was willing to for those who deserved it.
-So When Kindred tells him to kill an innocent bystander, Beck starts to worry they're going too far.
-And when Mysterio ends up accidentally killing said Bystander, He knows they've gone to far.
-The two end up getting into a fight, Beck claiming he won't hurt anyone else. He craved a normal life with Mason more than anything in the whole world but not at the price of innocent people.
-Kindred wouldn't find any better option than Mysterio. He couldn't let him slip from his hands, not when any form of vengeance against his father was so close.
-It's all because of his silly morals. Those friends of his who make him question who he should be loyal to.
-So he does what he thinks will most benefit him. He locks away his memories. He didn't need Quentin Beck, He only needed Mysterio.
-So Imagine your husband has been acting weird ever since he came back from the dead, clearly keeping secrets and no matter what you do, You can't get him to open up to you.
-And then one day he just doesn't come home again. With Beck having been kidnapped twice (there was an incident before the one mentioned last post aswell) Mason immediately assumes the worse. Him and the Sin six search for him and only find him after a rather destructive attack on Oscorp.
-They manage to drag Beck away before he can hurt anyone else but when They ask him what the hell he's doing, they're met with a blank stare. He doesn't know these people.
-Mason is certain it was just a cruel joke at first. Beck didn't make jokes like this but it had to be.
-But with each Question and answer, not a single hint of recognition in his eyes, It became all too clear to Mason.
-Alot of my details get a littleeee muddy here, Alot of the moments here are art-based instead of fully fleshed lore
-The next handful of months was sort of just a blur as the Sinister six tried to get Beck to remember quite literally anything while also keeping him from hurting both himself and innocent people.
-Mysterio didn't think much of it for a while, Too busy trying to accomplish his tasks given by Kindred... But, There was always something so unnerving with how Mason looked at him. How could someone he doesn't even know look at him with... Sadness? Admiration? Desperation? What was he not possibly remembering to deserve such a look?
-Mysterio eventually hunts Mason down on his own downtime and... Talks to him. He's unsure why he's even doing this but he needs answers while not being attacked.
-Every single sentence exchanged with Mason just felt... Right. He couldn't understand it. They met a few times after that, Mason continuing to recount their years sent together, hoping for it to spark anything in Mysterio's mind but to no avail.
-He hates it. He hates the way Mason looks at him and he hates the fact he can't do the same. All these memories are way too thorough to all be a lie but how can he not remember? Years just... Gone.
-Honestly this whole part of the lore is VERY Flight of the Crows by Jhariah (it's actually on my Mysterio playlist <3)
-I still haven't exactly figured out the end of the arc, But he does eventually get his memories back And Kindred lets him go. I will be unstoppable when I figure that out
I am really predictable with my OTPs... 😅 Feel free to do only one or neither of these but: BeckMason + what they do during the downtime when Beck's android is in jail. AND/OR OckVulture + meeting and bonding again as cellmates after S1E8.

Notes: Hopefully, I'm doing them justice, but I decided to pick BeckMason since I'm still trying to figure out the characters of TSSM. I enjoyed getting some insight on how other people interpret them :]
Mysterio is clearly not alright with the arrangements that have been made. He understands that the plan is to have Electro break the other members of the Sinister Six out of The Raft, along with having his double assist with the escape, but what do they mean he has to 'lie low' and for how long!? Simply unacceptable...
Having to pretend that he's still residing in prison and out of commission for weeks on end is just awful and dreadful work. How can they expect him to just sit still, and hang up the persona that is the Great Mysterio, Master of the Arcane Arts?
Tinkerer isn't particularly happy with the situation either. Sure, he and Beck are very close now after working many times before. It's always nice to spend time with someone that he not only just tolerates but actually cares about too but try concentrating on any of your delicate projects when you're constantly around an actor with a wounded pride and having to hear the continuous droning of his supposedly dramatic 'theater voice'.
"Why is all this junk on my workbench, Beck? This clearly has your handiwork written all over it, and please take this by all offense, but nobody's buying your butchered rendition of Latin anymore." Tinkerer shakes his head and starts shuffling the papers that were scattered across the table. It's obviously a concise and neatly typed-out script that his significant other has been working on, but right now he wants nothing to do with it while he tries to work. "Anyway, I thought I told you to have a designated space all the way over there."
"Don't manhandle my papers. You might ruin them." Mysterio snags them from his hands, trying his best to smooth over any wrinkles and bends that were made.
His tiring expression softens for a moment. "You know I wouldn't do that, even if they happen to be such an inconvenience."
Mysterio pouts, looking down at the plain clothes he's been wearing. They show nothing of the flare he's most used to, and even Tinkerer catches on. "It's the only thing I've been focused on. This is my own way of being productive since I can't roam around, lest someone is to recognize me. As soon as the others come back, I can finally have a plan at the ready and a show to perform under the guise of Mysterio again."
Tinkerer rolls his eyes, leaning against the table of his workspace. "What could you possibly need rehearsed lines for? You're a capable criminal, not some actor flaunting for their next role anymore. We have a few days left before Electro passes rehab. Don't tell me you're honestly worried that you're starting to get rusty or something."
The silence afterward definitely told Tinkerer all that he needed to know. He sighs heavily. "Maybe I'm now realizing that I underestimated how much this quarantine is starting to affect you more than it is me..."
He grabs Mysterio's hand and pulls him away from the space. "Come on, I think we both definitely deserve a break."

I love him so much; I do ship him with Mysterio but art of just him or working with/making something for another character would also be amazing! And if you're not interested in drawing Tinkerer, I'd love to see you draw your favorite theater kid Mysterio ✨
@supervillainies Rewatched episodes with the Tinkerer in it since I never drew him before and I forgot how much of a cool guy he is. Always did love tech geeks, and I feel like since this is Mysterio making his big debut, he'd be a little frazzled.
