I felt awkward, inexperienced, alone and even fearful at times. I was dissatisfied with who I was and found anyone and everyone to compare myself to. I realized that in order to blossom into who I wanted to become there were a few essential things that need to be realized.       -I need to change what I was mentally and spiritually feeding myself       -I had to ask myself where I was planting myself and be proactive in changing my environment       -I had to be willing to be embarrassed, criticized and bold       -I had to seek out new challenges and new experiences       -I needed to be aware of my strengths and my weaknesses.       -I had to realize that change requires hard work and that it is a daily process.
