Update 1
It's been 4 months since I don't eat red meat. I'm so happy. It's weird that I don't even remember how it tastes like...The next step is to reduce the chicken until I stop for good. I like how things are going, nothing forced.
vegetarian [#1]
okay so i’ve been thinking of it for a while, it’s probably been half a year since i first started considering becoming one. i really love animals. i always have and i really hate the [meat, dairy, egg, etc] industry. i’m definitely gonna become vegan in the future and leave a minimal negative impact on animals lives but i feel so guilty. my dad can barely eat vegetarian food once a week, and i don’t know how i would be able to become a vegetarian if they’re not “able” to make vegetarian meals. at mom’s it won’t be a problem and not in school as well... i’m thinking of telling my dad or his wife about it tomorrow but i get really nervous and i don’t know what to say or how to do it. i’ll update you if i do talk about it.
I will slowly but surely become Vegan !
I want the give my child and me the healthiest lifestyle possible ! & I no longer want to feed my child cancer
What is the hardest part of being vegetarian for you?
The fact that you have to actually be educated, you grow up and at some point someone tries to teach you about nutrition, the balanced meal plate and everything, but it always has meat right? a big portion of veggies, a portion of some kind of carb and a peace of meat there you have your protein right? Well when you are vegetarian it is so much harder! (or at least for me) broccoli, legumes, and some other vegetal sources have protein but you actually need to know how much to eat in order to get the right amount of protein, or actually know that you need to carb up from particular sources of carbs and not only bread and stuff like that.. that is the harder part.
