3. Does your character have an accent? What does it sound like?
ohh man that’s something i’ve never thought about
abel probably doesn’t. he knows a whole shitton of languages so accents tend to get kinda lost, but if i were to pinpoint one that might be the most likely it’d be a slight french accent, since that’s the language he learned first (what is noticeable is he tends to have weird cadences in his language, sentences that sound like they’re supposed to end but don’t, random high intonation, pronunciation is always slightly off)
jonah doesn’t have a noticeable accent either (i guess a new york accent would work for him cause they’re in new york for a while) but his dialect is absolutely noticeable: 90s american slang that’s toned down to be child-friendly (plus whatever new slang words he likes, including boston slang)
