Nerio@???: Nerio walks up to the Lilligant trying to act posh. "Well hello there, what is a beautiful grass-type like you doing here?" He pulls out his purple lotus flower "I'm Nerio, and you are?"

"This is Bee. She doesn't talk, so usually I translate for her."

The Lilligant nods in response to this before taking the flower from Nerio, her eyes suggesting a smile.

"...She says 'thank you.'"

Nerio: "Well we should probably go home now. Your papa must be worried sick." Lexi: "Papa..." She yawns and falls asleep Nerio: "Heh, all that dancing really knocked you out." Nerio chuckled, he then gently picks up Lexi, he looks at Noctis leaving and Bee with Abaddon, before quietly leaving the ball himself. "I'll probably see him some other time." Nerio said to himself. He then uses a strange whistle and Paloma lands in front of him. Paloma: "Nerio, Lex is missing. Sushi has been looking for you and wanted to ask you if you know where she i-" Nerio: "Here- here-" He shows Lexi sleeping. "She snuck into my poffin bag." Nerio sighed. Paloma: "Oh, alright. Well we should probably go home." Paloma carries Lexi in her beak by the tail and carries Nerio with her talons. They then fly away.

[Nerio and Lexi have left the Flora Ball.]

Xander @ Bee: So do you know sign language? I actually had to teach myself sign language shortly after bringing home my adopted child. They have speech issues so we sometimes communicate that way

(It's just difficult at times due to her lack of fingers)

(@askbaddon) Bee approaches John with a friendly.... well, she doesn't have a mouth, but she smiles with her eyes. She holds out a bouquet of Honeysuckle, signing with her other leaf [Happy late hatch day!]

* John accepts the honeysuckle, but is confused by the motions, otherwise identifying it as a sort of communication.

(John) Sorry to say ma'am, but I don't know a lick a' Sign Language. Is there any chance I could getcha ta translate whatcha just said ta text? Uh, you know how to use a smartphone right? Not a lotta Pokemon I've met in Galar know exactly how ta use 'em so I thought I'd ask jus' ta be safe.

* John grabs his phone from the intable by his lounging chair and fiddles with it a bit before handing it to Bee with a notepad app opened. There is a keyboard available on the touch screen.

( @askbaddon) Bee @ Nerio: Seemingly still feeling guilty for what happened earlier, Bee approaches Nerio again and waves politely before offering a flower of her own- a lovely daffodil!

Nerio: He sees the Lilligant approach him and he receives the flower. He nods. "Thank you. Sorry for my- theatrics earlier-" Nerio puts the flower in his claw. ( @askbaddon )
