Doomed by the narrative does not always mean a character will die. Sometimes doomed by the narrative is Eloise Bridgerton who hates the idea of marriage and feels suffocated by social expectations and is outspoken about wanting to defy the patriarchy having a narratively pre-determined marriage to a man with whom she will have children because she’s in a series adapted from books where this has already happened. Do you understand
the worst part of a bad TV show, which I always forget until it happens, is that right before it gets really bad it often hits this peak where it seems like it’s getting REALLY GOOD. and you start to think maybe this show is better than you thought it was! but then, alas,
Jasper (2020) is fucking crazy. What if you worked at a deli when you'd once dreamed of being an astronaut and you had a good relationship with your mom but no relationship with your dad and you were happy but very lonely too and above all painfully ordinary. And then one day you meet this stranger who says Hey I think you're absolutely incredible and I've noticed every small act of kindness you've done and I want you to know they matter and you're an extraordinary person and also I have a list of over a hundred facts about you and I know where you went to school and I know your life story and also I started a cult surrounding you and we all changed our names to your name and we eat your favorite food together. Wanna hang out. And you're like Sure ok but then you think these people are super weird and maybe this isn't a good idea. But when you try to escape he ties you up and says he wants to steal your identity because it's the only way he can love himself and once again you're like. Sure ok. And then you discover that you're actually the secret heir to the (j)Apple fortune through your deadbeat dad and this guy is just trying to steal your inheritance and you feel a weird pang of disappointment because?? For some reason you actually really liked him and kind of did want him to have meant all those insane things he said about you??? And then you engage in a Pampers-themed battle (you were the baby on the 1997 Pampers Overnight Diapers packaging. btw) at a cliffside to save this guy because some part of you does still trust him and he risked his life to save yours. And you win and you run away and you find him and it turns out he really did want to become you for reasons unrelated to the inheritance and he really is just a freak. And you say Youve made my day pretty terrible. And then you say Wanna come over to my house and watch my favorite show with me. And he says Sure ok.
Then next thing you know you live together and you're best friends and you love him more than anything. And you have the same favorite show
it should be illegal

love the Nevermoor Wiki’s healthy level of suspicion surrounding Meredith
Thinking today about how it seems Morrigan's lessons happen late at night, and she seems to stay out all night. When she came home and the Hush was put back, was she just tired for no apparent reason? She was missing entire nights of sleep without even knowing
