This is a recipe for Kerala style beef cutlet. In this, I used mild spices and tried to hero the beef. Also, I avoided the use of the egg. The result is a cutlet that is soft on the inside while crunchy on the outside. Give it a try and let me know in the comments.
Ingredients
1. Beef - 500gm
2. Potato -250gm
3. Onion
4. Ginger
5. Garlic
6. Green chilli
7. Black pepper powder
8. Chilli powder
9. Garam masala
10. Turmeric powder
11. Cooking Oil
12. Bread crumbs
13. All purpose flour
14. Salt
15. Curry leaves
Tips 1. The potato should be around 50% of beef by weight. If the potato has more starch content then less potato can be used.
2. Frying temperature is between 300F / 150C - 350F / 180C.

As far as I know, there are no restaurants in Auckland that serves this. This is my second time making it and turned out so good!
