JUST WOW! It all started when I saw a post by @itsjasonfeldman showing off a #grilledbuffchicksub @ramzisroastbeef and as a #sultanofsauce I said to myself how have I never heard of Sir Ramzi the Lord of Lynnfield street? I did some digging and showed up the next day to find out they were previously known as Greg’s and under new ownership and going through a #rebrand. Though they slang a classic beef, this is not your famous uncle Billy or Bob’s Roast Beef (no offense to Bill or Bob) but this is Ramzi’s and they are here to change the roast beef game on the North Shore one beef at a time. Their website claims to be the best roast beef experience in town and they did not dissapoint even amidst the rebrand. I parked my car and came to find Ramzi himself Power washing a patio as I walked through the door. Think about that for just a second...Patio and Roast Beef Sandwiches - it is a match made in #beefheaven and hopefully it will be a future plan to allow for some outdoor dining. So I ordered my #jrwithjr from a sweet #beefprincess behind the counter wearing #saturdaysareforthebeefs t shirt and anxiously waited to unwrap my only form of happiness. The bun was crisped and remained so even as the #jamesriverbbqsauce spilled out the sides and pooled amongst a pile of beef drippings that were both rare and sweet and I felt that cotton candy melting effect take place as I tried to make every bite count. The beef disappeared like they always do and I could only think about the next visit where I would dive into their #superbeef headfirst. The moral of this story is to keep an eye on these guys, they have the potential to completely disrupt and turn the North Shore Beef Scene upside down.
