The Twisted Swisster Burger is a delicious twist on the classic Swiss cheeseburger. With a flavorful beef patty, crispy bacon, and a zesty special sauce, it's a burger that's sure to satisfy your cravings.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 4 burger buns. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 4 slices crispy bacon. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty to melt. While the burgers are cooking, split the burger buns and toast them on the grill until they are lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to create a special sauce for your burger. Assemble the burgers by spreading the special sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a tomato slice, a burger patty with melted Swiss cheese, red onion slices, and a slice of crispy bacon. Top each burger with the other half of the bun, and secure them with toothpicks if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your Twisted Swisster Burger!
