Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 10-12 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeds removed. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stuff each mini pepper half with the beef mixture. Arrange stuffed peppers in a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
