Wew gurr! @haparican ・・・ A little transformation-ish post. 2015: 275x4👉🏼2017: 385x4. More like a reminder. I’m not “that strong” guys. But whatever progress I’ve made TOOK TIME to develop. By time I mean years. Hundreds...no...thousands of reps. Trial and error. Injuries and rehab. Wrong paths and break throughs. Awful days and phenomenal days...but mostly a ton of mediocre days that I don’t remember but matter the most. Consistency and a long term mindset. . So enjoy these shitty/bouncy reps from 24hr fitness. Annoying plates. CROSSFIT LIFTER SHOES. 6 layers of clothing because I was so self conscious about my potato body. Head phones on so no weirdos talked to me. . I haven’t always been spoiled @barbellbrigade with amazing atmosphere and great equipment! If you aren’t...so fucking what? Get the work done.
