Coopers Cave is a restaurant and brewery located in Glens Falls, New York at 2 Sagamore Street. They offer beer samplers ("flights"), and I gotta say I'm rather fond of the raspberry wheat beer. The place is also a full-service restaurant, and they feature root beer floats, ice cream, cakes and pies, and much more. So bring the whole family with ya: mom and dad can sample the beers, and the kiddos can get an old style root beer float!
