The Breakfast Beer.
It finished at 1008 so probably 2.7%. Objective was orange juice flavour. Think I've done it. A bit more carbonation might help it - it's a bit thin - but it's a beer for a hot summers day, or morning, given the breakfast beer theme. Cue Summer.
This was from a can of pale malt extract but I don't think you'd know. I was surprised - it's the first extract brew I've done. 40 minute boil and steeping hops while I left the thing to cool down in it's own time (sealed).
So all the kit beer brewers really could get so more much out of their beers by going the extract route!
