I hope you guys don’t mind me doing Jewel this time do you?

For her I didn’t change much aside from outfit alterations because the main thing I have with the bug characters in this franchise is that they look strangely mammalian, especially with their noses which just bothered me a bunch. The birds and reptiles can have snouts and beaks so I always wondered why the bugs just have a normal mammal snout. It’s a non issue but I just appreciate a good bug design.

An anthropomorphized blue milkweed beetle for @yeeshastone‘s lovely Animalia project! I had such fun creating this handsome, metallic blue fellow. :)

Introducing Splicer! Spliced with a spider and beetle, she now roams the streets looking to fight crime and scare baddies.

I realized her last design was super complicated and so i started redesigning her, and now she’s completely different! I kept the things i liked the best tho, but mostly i just took away a bunch of things that weren’t necessary
