So in witchcraft, there’s this thing called “shadow work”, and I was like “Dang, that sounds dangerous, what is it?” So I went researching and found out that its just ways of dealing with trauma and what-not, and I was like “Oh, maybe I’ll go ahead and do some of that! How?” and it turns out I already do shadow work

because “Inner child therapy” is a form of shadow work

wha- was I just supposed to figure this out on my own???
