Community, guidelines, and responsibilities
OK here goes! I always wanted to celebrate the beautiful people creating and sharing content on tumblr: models, artists, photographers. This community I hope works together for that. Submissions are always very welcome and community membership is open so you can make regular posts to @qtxs - just ASK or contact @missy-vanissy ❤️
All members can post, queue, and schedule their own orignal content posts on qtxs, without having to wait for submissions to be processed, including promotional links etc. I'm hoping this will help us grow together as a collective. I'll be rolling-reblogging from member posts along with submissions - as long as they are tagged #submission!
Editorial responsibilities:
❤️ Maintain the external qplus queue for qtxs including reblogs of submissions/member posts and maintaining theme and balance
❤️ Back up submissions/member posts and reblog to the archive and main blogs
❤️ Process submissions (as it seems only Admin can see the Inbox!)
❤️ Manage members and other general admin tasks
❤️ Promote qtxs on their own blog(s)
Admin team responsibilities:
❤️ Maintain the internal tumblr queue for qtxs; finding and queuing beautiful posts so it doesn't run out, reshuffling to give priority to submissions/member posts and tag reblogs (where these are not scheduled for a set time). Quality over quantity! I am looking for high quality images celebrating feminine beauty, from original sources, that fit the theme of the blog. No spamming from the same source please.
❤️ Check for and queue orignal content posts tagged #qtxs that fit the theme of the community blog
❤️ General maintenance e.g. reposting of submissions that get flagged and can't be appealed
❤️ Promote qtxs on their own blog (s)
Member responsibilities:
❤️ Post your own original content from @qtxs as if it was another sideblog - this can be queued or scheduled if desired. Please follow the precedent set, which I like, of signing them "@usename for qtxs" and please use tags - including #submission! These posts can include links etc. for self promotion if you like and it's nice if they have comments x
❤️ All members can queue posts from other tumblrs, please contribute to the tumblr queue if you find something wonderful.
❤️ Be nice: promote the community and its members on your own blog if you can, and please no drama! Fairly regular contributions from member models / artists would be very much appreciated, as would promotion of qtxs on your own blog(s).
