Lokius - Who makes the first move headcanon
I know a lot of people headcanon that Mobius makes the first move, and I can see why
But, I think it would be Loki. Imo, Mobius is too emotionally repressed and insecure to risk it. Loki on the other hand has gone through so much emotional growth, he finally allowed himself to feel more than just mainly negative emotions.
Mobius does come across as confident, but mainly related to his job. He's so sure no one would miss him when he leaves. He's terrified when he has the option to look into his life on the timeline, because it might have been good. And somewhere deep down, there's probably still that part of him when he was Don, whose wife was long gone and left him alone with their kids
So, Mobius might hint at being interested in Loki, which he does multiple times (asking Loki to get drinks together) but he won't make the first move. I think Loki would easier overcome his fear/nerves
