Lately I have been asked by new potential clients or non potential clients lmao" Why are your prices so expensive?" If they saw the nail care challenges we are faced with daily I don't think they'd be so quick to ask what they know nothing about. Question that...how do you answer such of a you should book elsewhere customer service question? Lol... I typically service clients that never question for a second what, when, why, or how. I appreciate all of you because you appreciate the skill, education and meticulous quality service provided. I educate those that actually want to be educated consumers regarding pricing, nail care, etc but what I will also do soon is start posting the current nail challenge ahead and show the work afterwards. The differences are like night and day and the clients appreciate the transformation their hands and feet experience. Don't get upset with nail technicians pricing potential clients, just go to another nail technician. There are many to choose from at all price points and skill levels in your cityand abroad.
