Vulnerability. Something I have struggled with for a long time. However I believe in myself now more than ever. Over the course of the next 7 weeks I will break barriers and dismiss myths of how weight loss should be done. I can do ANYTHING I put my mind too. Most people wait until they have reached their goal body before they post their most vulnerable pictures, but I want to be a little different so here is me age 20, 215 pounds. Smiling, happy, vulnerable and ready to be better! I don't want to lose weight because I hate my body, it's the exact opposite I LOVE my body and I want it to be the very best it can possibly be. So give me 7 weeks and you will see a MAJOR difference. I promise this to myself. This is for me!
