Hey Beginners, I hope you are staying home and keeping yourself safe. Here is a prep flow for Hanuman Asana or Yoga splits or Monkey pose. Hanuman asana has many benefits like it Stretches the hamstrings, groin and thighs, strengthens and tones legs, abdomen and hips, but the key benefits while working on this pose are that it teaches patience and perseverance. Something we all need at this time. Hope you guys find some patience too🙏 Few reminders: 1. While practising, Never force this pose. It might take work of a few months before you get there, so be patient. Don't shy away from using props like a pillow or yoga block. 2. Avoid if you have any groin injury or hamstring injury. 3. This video is fast-forwarded, so please remember that and move slow. Ideally, take 5-10 breaths in each pose 4. Practice an empty stomach; morning is the best time for this asana practice. 5. Be very mindful of how you are feeling in each pose; if you feel any kind of pain during practice, then stop; don't push. Find a yoga class near you and begin training under the guidance of a qualified yoga teacher.
