Xmas Eve in India ... it feels sooo surreal!!! the heat, the lake of Christmas trees and little Jesus ... of course it's the moment of the year where I miss my family the most. France is cold now ... and my Granparents are getting older ... But I spoke with every one on the phone ... I always make sure they know that I love them ... they are all really happy for me to fallow my dreams and come study here in India with Sharathji ... and I had the chance to spend Christmas eve and Christmas Day with some of my best friends ... my Ashtanga family!!! This year after going to a Vipassana retreat in Nepal, fallowing my teacher's advices ... I started to meditate everyday ... this is something I never though would be possible for me. I remember very well the first time I tried to meditate after 5mn I couldn't stand it any more 😳🔫 ... and now I meditate at least 15mn a day ... sometimes 30 or 45mn ... and I love doing it ... I can totally see the improvement in my quality of life, in my practice, and in my work!! 😌📿✨👌🏼 (at Gokulam, Mysore)
