Working out is hard. Nutrition is hard. Consistency is hard. Dedication is hard. Motivation is hard. Losing weight is hard. Being healthy is HARD 🔹 Being tired all the time is hard. Being unhealthy is HARD. 🔹 Both lifestyles are hard to maintain. BUT I’d much rather push through a workout and feed my body the right foods than eat whatever and not be active.
