Wasn't happy with the hats for the Dean/Garth dance scene I'm working on... So I'm making my own! Made some molds from a pencil cup, flattened the bottom, and modified a square coaster mold to be sorta round (I'll sand it round) this is the tester, & it needs to be sanded WAY down, but i love the straight edges of the crown. I was also able to size them to their heads! Didn't have as much workbench time as i hoped today, cold is still being a bitch. But I got these guys almost done. The making of Abbadon's hair. Start with a matte red paint. Cover with just a few shades of red metallic. Highlight with cpper, lowlight with black. Let dry, seal with heavy gloss sealer and voila! #BehindTheWorkbench https://www.instagram.com/p/Cko9xfhterw/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

I'm glad I waited to see Soldier Boy in action before I finished the pop design. I ended up redoing all of it. This is the base coat.
