Here's a bit of a workout progression!! The first photo is from Jan 23, you can tell that I'm not proud of my body, and I remember feeling dumb for taking that first set of photos. Now I'm glad I have them! Second set is from Feb 20th, so that's about a month apart. Already I was feeling more confident! And the last set are from today, April 30th. So I skipped Marchs photo cause I forgot, but I'm obviously proud of how far I've come!! It doesn't look like much, but I feel sooo much healthier! Thanks tendonitis for kicking me in the pants so I started exercising! I honestly see a lot of difference at my waist, on my thighs, and I now I actually have some muscle definition on my arms!
