Workout progress, wearing similar clothing May 2024 vs Today In May last year, I had walked for 5 months and lost maybe 10kg, no strength training yet. I still walk for low-impact cardio almost every day, and I have now been training at the gym for 6 months. I used to cover my upper body a lot last summer due to dysphoria, it was my weakest area before strength training and how my clothes fit often didn’t feel comfortable or right. I remember buying some new T-shirts from the masc section and being disappointed on how ill-fitting they looked on me. While I continue to work on my physique, I already feel a lot less dysphoric nowadays. I can even wear sleeveless tops - on some days - and feel rather comfortable, which has been such a big change compared to last summer
