Considering getting more serious with this poetry thing. I didn’t really realize I had so much in me.
To those whom I’m @-ing, please excuse me. I’m not quite certain if all of you reblog poetry submissions, but I follow you guys, saw you reblog good stuff, and I thought maybe you’d possibly think I also write some good stuff. If you don’t want to be tagged like this in the future, please tell me and I’ll remember not to do so. Normally, I’d tag in the tags, but apparently only the first five register with Tumblr’s search engine, and I need those extra tags for other things, too.

The struggle of my life created empathy – I could relate to pain, being abandoned, having people not love me.

The best way I could describe to my boyfriend about what it feels like to lose a friend:
I know the feeling, losing a friend is as bad as losing a significant other, it's just a different kind of pain, it's like a dull stinging pain that you carry your entire life, some days it's worse than others, but you never forget the heartbreak of losing someone you thought you could always count on to love you like a sister or brother at your worst.
