I am, despite my best efforts, relentlessly plagued by feelings about combs, and what it means to her, a doctor who wanted to be remembered as a doctor and not as part of a pack of genocidal tyrants, that her greatest work was done in secret because her patient would not have consented to it otherwise. She put her hands inside of him and you know that’s weirdly meaningful to him when he stops to think about it, after he finds out.
