This week as a Store Manager.

I had to clean up adult human shit and replace the near 20 carpet tiles it touched.

Had an employee who I was trying to get hired for almost 3 months abandon her job 10 minutes before a shift.

Had to make up her hours on one of the only days off I get, for no pay because salary.

Almost had that day turn into an open to close because of another almost no show.

And I have to move in a week.

Sometimes I am the gun, sometimes I am the bullet, mostly I am the entry wound. Always cleaning up the exit wound.
