Being Frog by April Pulley Sayre It’s no secret I love photography and I love April Pulley Sayre. I think this is one of her best works. It really finds a sweet middle between the breakneck cadence of Rah Rah Radishes or Go Go Grapes and the meandering free verse of Bloom Boom or Best in Snow. The photography is some of the most stellar frog-tography I’ve ever seen. This one would probably pair well with Toad Weather for a really good amphibian storytime.
