I have been thinking a lot about what it takes to be a physics student. How many hours a day ought a person study? How many breaks? How frequently should one take breaks? How much sleep? How do you know when you’re operating optimally? Embarrassingly, I am so unable to determine my own feelings that I think I actually need outside help figuring out exactly how to situation everything above for myself.
