Just Brennan and the cast talking sincerely and seriously about the power of storytelling 🍓👽🫧
crashtos really does have the appeal that speaks to me so well, because there's so much happening at the same time from how i look at it.
victoria is actively battling an overbearing mother who she can't even distance herself from because, of course, she works at the hospital she's doing her med school rotations in— and funnily enough most of her life has been dictated by her parents. they've sat down when she was at the age 8 and assessed her mind, always saying how 'we' are going to go to high school, 'we' are going to apply for med school and how 'we' are definitely going into surgery when all she wants to do is actually just be a normal fucking person with a life outside of the rings of medical jargon that basically suffocate her.
she's an M4 now and she's her own fucking person. she's survived a shift from hell the year before and she's still standing. she's basically in the ER out of spite, even if she really does find it exhilarating at times. but she's here and she's working and — oh my god, trinity santos is STILL calling her crash. it sucks and it's annoying and it's even more annoying because unfortunately, ever since mateo moved to the night shift, her eyes have been fucking locked on the now R2. she still calls her crash, sure, but she's also a lot softer. maybe it's whitaker's energy mixing with hers (it would explain his mullet and her cooled down abrasiveness) or maybe javadi actually has a crush on her.
it's devasting.
but then there's trinity who's actively in a whirlwind clusterfuck of a situation and also is dodging calls from her mom and seeing her best friend who's in the grave (and also her younger self) in every hurt teenage girl that walks into the ER. part of her wants to go into surgery because maybe then she won't feel the urge to push every rule aside in the adrenaline induced psychosis of the pitt to make sure that teenage girl is safe. forget the fact langdon is back and she feels like he's a walking reminder that she broke down the tedious foundations of the pitt by simply doing the right thing, his presence always seems to activate that one thing she remembers most from the day.
you're trouble.
she doesn't know what the fuck is going on with garcia, honestly, besides the fucking of it all. it's sex, good sex. no denying it. but there's also this giddy fucking feeling she has when she's at central, pushing the buttons of the bright eyed M4 herself, javadi. crash. victoria. vic. she's cute, trinity thinks. pretty. nervous. gorgeous. anxious.
twitching, she's twitching. always twitching. trinity wonders if it's a hyperaware thing, or maybe all she needs is a hand on her shoulder to slow everything down, to ground her.
there's a lot trinity thinks about there, a lot that she won't really let herself consider because javadi is so clearly straight, mooning over 'human utah' who's been on night shifts for a while and is a pressure cooker waiting to explode, what with her mom always around.
santos almost feels bad for acting all geeked when shamsi comes down to check/survey/observe her daughter and instead is confronted with trinity santos, R2, would really love to be in the operating room with you– dr shamsi, but if she can't let herself think about the way victoria's ponytail sways as she walks, she can at least try to vy for a spot in surgery.
it's annoying, so fucking annoying.
the two of them are stuck in their little cycles of doubt, and it might not happen in canon but i hope some ao3 fiend of a writer takes us down a route to explore this.
I have no plot, no setting, no idea. Just horniness. Help.
Anyone that forgot about Ben the second the founders game ended shall fall into the hands of the founder
Do you think Thorvald Staunings would’ve had more success in Piltover or Zaun?

Just found out that the person with the "voting for Castiel over Bela is feminist" take is the same person who edited the famed "which one of you meaners told" tumblr post. Much to think abt
