as far i'm concerned that post wasn't about politics, but i read your tags i really have to disagree with you when your country has already gotten 4 billion euros because of how much the crisis is affecting us. germany's unemployment rate is at 5%, portugal's at nearly 15%. the reason why us bailout countries dislike your policies is because they do affect us more than they could ever affect you. you don't ever hear our pm talking about what germany needs to do, while we take orders from merkel

whelp whelp ok okThat may be due to the fact that we financially support financially broken countries to such an extent that our own welfare system is close to failing to at least pay the people that help buils up this country anew, to not be able to guarantee places in cribs for future generations because we do not have the money, because we still pay off the debts of the second world war and only just paid off those of the first, whilst still paying and incredible amount of /43%/ of the money the issue spent in the last ten years as opposed to the /11%/ we were supposed to pay based on our economic ability to actually pay that money.So please excuse me when I'm not sorry about countries being asked/forced/whatever middle thing u wanna call it for getting aided with money we do not technically have and /could/ and /should/ invest into our own people first and foremost. Which we don't, instead we support bankrupt countries because we managed to pull ourselves up economically after WW2 even with all the sanctions we got from the allies, because we had a plan and a will that we would like to rub off unto other countries that need it nowadays. Which is portugal. Or greece. But we do it despite us being tecnically not able to do so, and all I ask is at least a bit of recognition for these (close to) selfless (this is politics ofc there's sth bigger behind it) actions that put our own people, the people that SHOULD be a priority - at a disadvantage.
