Sticky bun: what you get if you sit on aseat in the 50 Shades of Grey movie theatre.

That is a reference that we all understand.It is a worldwide phenomenon. Something that is not a worldwide phenomenon: the sticky bun. The Canadians do not understand. That is a statement that exists on its own, but also as part of this post. They do not understand what a sticky bun is. We did extensive research and 'sticky bun' does not exist in their vernacular. They did not understand, nor did they care when we brought it up in conversation. Your loss.

We were initially going to make cinnamon buns, because everyone loves them across the globisphere. HOWEVER following this interaction, we wanted to make the quintessentially British sticky bun to educate the Canadians. That’s pronounced, Canadians. The one that we would buy from Heidi’s bakery on a Saturday afternoon and split three ways. The one that is the size of your actual head. This one:
