Today a girl from a northern state asked for a "cold-pressed" coffee and I wasn't sure what she meant. I guess cold-pressed is different from how we do iced coffees...? She said she worked at Caribou, so I asked her if it was okay to french press something and ice it over for her. She was super duper sweet and SOOOO patient omg. I ended up making too much and it filled a trenta (she only wanted a grande lol). she said she liked what I made, so I guess it worked out! hahah

I've never heard of this before.

its a cute story about highschool-age kids who are dying so its very quote-worthy and sad. its nothing deep but i like it a lot.

its a quick read, but its incredibly cliche, but it also has a really great plot twist but its also really sappy and high school-ish

a SUPER SUPER nice customer at my window paid for the car behind him and handed me a folded bill for our tip jar. I said thank you and he drove off before i could look at it. It was $20 dollars. I was in shock... for every bad and shitty customer, there's always an amazing customer waiting to make your day. I started at sbux after we got playbook in our district (8 months now) so I don't know the old way... But I do like playbook. I just like that we have certain spots so we can focus on doing that. I just hate that store support has so much to do x_x
